Our subscription cancellation and refund policy

Important Notice
RazorAPI operates on a no-refund policy. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to RazorAPI are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused API calls or credits
- Early cancellation of subscription
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate our service using the free tier before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
Immediate Effect
Cancellation takes effect immediately, but your access continues until the end of your billing period.
No Future Charges
Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles.
Data Export
You can export your data before cancellation. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
3. How to Cancel
Cancelling your subscription is easy:
- Log in to your RazorAPI dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
4. Billing Period Access
After cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription tier benefits until your current billing period ends:
- Monthly subscriptions: Access until the end of the current month
- 6-month subscriptions: Access until the end of the 6-month period
- Annual subscriptions: Access until the end of the year
5. Reactivation
If you decide to return after cancellation:
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
- Your account history and settings will be preserved for 90 days
- After 90 days, you may need to set up your account again
6. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in rare circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions (with proper documentation)
- Extended service outages affecting all users

We offer a free tier with limited API calls so you can evaluate our service before subscribing. We strongly recommend:
